Your Child's Journey Begins Here

To enroll your child, you must:

1 - Meet the provider and tour the facility

Schedule a meeting with our provider and explore our facility firsthand to ensure it meets your child's needs and expectations.

2 - Read the handbook thoroughly.

Familiarize yourself with our comprehensive handbook, which outlines our policies, procedures, and educational philosophy.

3 - Complete all forms needed for enrollment.

Complete all required enrollment forms to expedite the enrollment process and ensure we have necessary information to provide quality care for your child.

4 - First week’s tuition is due no later than your child’s first week of care.

Secure your child's spot in our program by submitting the first week's tuition payment before their scheduled start date, ensuring a smooth transition into our care.

These forms/items MUST be completed and in our possession before we can provide care for your child.

Authorized Pick up Person(s) form
Medical form
Permission to Transport form
Getting to know your child form
A copy of your child’s current physical
A copy of your child’s immunization records (this should include a signature of the nurse or doctor who administered the medications)
A copy of your child’s birth certificate

If there are any changes to any of these forms, you are responsible for letting Wee Grow know immediately so we can make the proper changes. Examples: phone numbers, emergency contacts, addresses, allergies, etc.
